Well, Lainie is now in Melbourne and I'm on my way back to Vacouver. We're just around 30 minutes away from touch down. It was a bit of a weird thing to say goodbye this morning, try not to cry, try not to make it into a big spectacle as really, it's not like it's going to be a big deal in the end, we're going to see each other again in at most 5 months. Still, it's going to be strange to not have anyone there. No one in the bed, no one in the house. A little lonely, I'd imagine.

The trip has been a good one. Went out and saw lots and met quite a few people. There were around 8 people I "might" have met with but only saw one of them. Hopefully made a few new friends along the way too....
