1210 Jervis: Holly Lodge (rental properties). Located in the West End of Vancouver, it's the trendy part of town that all the hip folks gravitate too. Lots of yuppies and money here so the price of rentals is quite high. A friend for awhile was renting a bachelor pad converted one-bedroom for almost 1k CDN a month a few years ago. Another coworker was renting a place for well over 1k a month. I'm curious to know what the prices are now, perhaps about the same due to competition: there has been a rash of people purchasing causing a decline in the number of tenants in rental market and an increase in rental properties.
