Laptop is on the blink again. I'm not exactly sure of the number but at the last count, it has been 9 or 10 times in the shop so far. If anyone's curious, my laptop is a compaq evo nc4000. Super service but the quality of this thing has been atrocious despite my being told that it's quite a reliable model (from asking the phone techs). I really don't know what's wrong with it, though my current guess is that the power supply may have a habit of juicing the unit more than necessary. I'm so tired of sending it back for servicing. Okay, like, maybe from the 4th to 7th time it was funny (like, can you believe a computer exists that breaks down so much?) but my patience for this thing has worn thin... I've been treating this thing with kid-gloves yet it gimps up reliably after a few months.

Perhaps this is some sort of cosmic test, to see how much my patience will last and if I manage I'll receive riches yet unknown. Though more likely some god out there is merrily pushing my buttons trying to snap me... I wont' give in! I shall not give it the pleasure of seeing me fling poo simply because my laptop broke down...

I think I'll have to get a new computer soon enough. Something reliable this time and doesn't make me feel like an ongoing gong show. This is my main computer that I use for school, play and more importantly, work. I can't have this happen so frequently.

Guess I'll have to suspend updates to this site for a bit too.
