Today I met up with the hiking club and headed up to Cypress where we hiked round trip arond 11kms (sure didn't fell like it was that much, actually) to get to a lovely lookout. It's just a pity that the skys were overcast with no patches of light shining through, the location looks like it would be a stunning place to take images of crepuscular rays hitting the water.

All in all, it was a great little hike. I met up with another person that works in the IRMACs facility I am, got a chance to chatter in french in more than one occasion and knocked off more frames than most people do in a year. Not sure if the last item is particularly embarassing and should be left quiet.

Off to a pub, I think, with a roommate tonight for a couple of pints.
